Hall Valley Campground

The Hall Valley Campground is located about 8 miles west of Grant at an elevation of 9,900 feet. This campground has 9 campsites situated around a small meadow. Six of the sites are in dense spruce forest and three are in the meadow. Most of the sites have short back-in parking and are more suitable for tents. Campsites 7 and 8 will accommodate small to medium sized RVs or trailers. Tent areas are not well defined but there are plenty of flat areas. There is one vault toilet and a water hydrant. Those campsites located in the trees offer good shade and privacy. Some sites are near a small creek. This creek has been polluted by mining and contains no fish. The road through the campground is dirt. The road to the campground can be rough in spots. Reservations are not accepted for sites in this campground. Open late May through September.
