Colorado Campground
     

      The Colorado Campground is located about 7 miles north of WoodlandPark at an elevation of about 7,800 feet. This campground has 81 campsites suitable for RVs and tents. There are several pull-through campsites that will accommodate large motorhomes. The campsites are arranged around a large loop with one inner loop. The campground is situated in a stand of ponderosa pines. These trees provide ample shade and privacy. The roads through the campground are paved. Facilities include six vault toilets and six water hydrants. Manitou Park Lake is about a half mile from the campground. The nearest RV dump station is located just outside the Pike Community Group Campground. Reservations are available for 51 sites in the campground. Open end of May through mid September.

Activities:
HIKING: Hiking is available on the Centennial, Manitou Park Lake , and Red Rocks trails.

BIKING: Biking is available on the Centennial Trail along Hwy 67.

FISHING: Fishing is available in Manitou Park Lake and Trout Creek.

Directions:
     
From Woodland Park take Hwy 67 north for about seven miles. The campground is on the right side of the highway.
